Returns

To initiate a return, please email us at glamgraceboutique@gmail.com and include the items you are requesting to receive credit for. Items must be sent back to Glam & Grace Boutique within 7 days of the customer having received the package. Eligible items will be accepted for store credit or an exchange. 

Absolutely no refunds will given. We have extended our returns period to 30 days due to COVID to ensure our customers can safely return their packages.

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all Glam & Grace Boutique and product tags attached. Please include your name, email, phone number, order number and address inside the package. Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of package arrival, if not reported within that time frame, we will not issue credit. If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. Any item returned that is not in good conditions, free of ALL ODORS, stains, and damages will NOT be accepted.
